In 2020, Yinuo Furnace successfully completed an energy-saving batch operation reheating furnace project for a Cambodian steel manufacturing client. This project is part of the company’s “High-Performance Industrial Furnace Export Service” strategy and fully demonstrates Yinuo’s comprehensive capabilities in overseas industrial furnace manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
The client is a newly established metal products factory in Cambodia planning to launch a small-to-medium batch heat processing production line. To improve energy utilization, shorten heating time, and simplify on-site construction, the client ultimately selected Yinuo’s customized national standard energy-saving batch operation furnace, specially designed for preheating and heat treatment of steel and alloy products.
This reheating furnace features an integrated structure, flexible installation, and highly efficient energy-saving operation. Specific highlights include:
• Ultra energy-saving structural design: Utilizing a composite fiber modular insulation system that minimizes furnace heat loss;
• Upgraded core refractory materials: Furnace lining made of ultra-lightweight, high-strength microsphere vacuum energy-saving bricks, offering high thermal efficiency and long service life;
• User-friendly process design: Special anti-wire-fall 20° upward sloping support bricks and impact-resistant refractory bricks at the furnace opening to enhance production safety;
• Automated sealing system: Equipped with automatic sealing carriages and furnace doors providing excellent sealing performance to reduce heat loss;
• Foundation-free installation design: The equipment adopts an integrated rail-connected structure that requires no on-site foundation work and can be placed directly on level ground, greatly simplifying installation and saving time and costs.
Amid the pandemic, Yinuo’s engineering team successfully completed on-site assembly, commissioning, and initial operation training in Cambodia through a dual approach of “remote technical guidance + local technical collaboration.” After startup, the equipment operated stably with even heating and significantly reduced gas consumption, receiving high client praise.
Following commissioning, the client reported that the equipment is easy to operate, heats up quickly, and consumes low energy, effectively improving overall production efficiency. This project further strengthened Yinuo Furnace’s technical brand image in the Southeast Asian market.
